a Pond

Langstone Millpond is under threat by bureaucracy. While the council and nature conservation bodies battle it out, the seawall could collapse any second and drain the millpond of all its fresh water, taking with it the egrets, herons, swans and 100's more animals that live there.

Less Talk has one mission, to bring local communities together to restore wild ecosystems, support wildlife and biodiversity and help fight climate change.

We want to encourage people to take action in their local areas and give them the confidence to get out and make a difference.

Saving a Pond

We are currently in our very first project 'Saving a Pond', and are looking to expand our horizons by raising money and finding new projects to get involved in.

Rewilding

Nearly half the land in the UK is taken up by livestock, which causes river pollution and untold damage to wildlife. We are looking to reclaim this land and bring it back to it's full potential.

Seagrass

Seagrass is 40x better at sequestering carbon that the Amazon rainforest, plus it's a lot closer, so we are finding ways that we can get involved in scaling up seagrass growing projects in the area
